TrenchSim Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the TrenchSim browser extension, dashboard and related services ("TrenchSim", "we", "us"). By creating an account, buying access, or using TrenchSim, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use TrenchSim.

1. What TrenchSim is
TrenchSim is a paper trading simulator. It lets you practice trading Solana memecoins using simulated ("paper") SOL with real market prices. No real money, cryptocurrency or wallet is ever used, and no real trades are ever placed. Balances, profits, losses, badges and leaderboard results are simulated and have no cash value.

TrenchSim is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Axiom or any other trading platform, exchange or data provider.

2. Not financial advice
Nothing in TrenchSim is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Simulated results do not predict or guarantee real results. Real trading, especially of memecoins, is highly risky and you can lose all of your money. You are solely responsible for any real trading decisions you make.

3. Who can use TrenchSim
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or buy access.

4. Your account
You are responsible for your username, password and recovery code, and for everything done with your account. Keep them private. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared, sold or transferred. If you lose both your password and your recovery code, we may not be able to restore your account.

5. Purchase and access
Access to TrenchSim requires a one-time payment at the price shown at checkout. Payment is processed through our Shopify store. Access is a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use TrenchSim for as long as TrenchSim is offered. To unlock access, you must install TrenchSim from the Chrome Web Store, create an account, and buy through the extension's "Get access" button. Purchases made any other way may not unlock automatically.

6. All sales final
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, except where required by law. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase may result in your account being suspended.

7. Rules
You agree not to:
- cheat or manipulate the leaderboard, challenges, badges or any results;
- use bots, scripts or automation, or create multiple accounts to gain an advantage;
- copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute TrenchSim;
- attack, overload or interfere with our servers or other users;
- choose a username that is offensive, misleading or impersonates someone else;
- use TrenchSim for anything illegal.
We may remove results, reset or suspend accounts, or block access if these rules are broken.

8. Leaderboard and public profile
If you appear on the leaderboard, your username and trading stats (such as profit and loss, win rate, number of trades and badges) can be seen by other users. Leaderboard results are checked by our server and may be removed if they can't be verified.

9. Third-party services
TrenchSim works with services we don't control, including Axiom, DexScreener, the Solana network, Shopify and the Chrome Web Store. Prices and coin information come from these sources and may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. Changes to these services may cause TrenchSim to stop working fully or partly. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, including coin names and images.

10. Changes and availability
We may update, change or remove features at any time. We don't guarantee that TrenchSim will always be available, error-free or compatible with every website, browser or device.

11. No warranties
TrenchSim is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

12. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TrenchSim and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to TrenchSim is limited to the amount you paid for access.

13. Ending your access
You may stop using TrenchSim at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. Sections 2, 6, 9, 11, 12 and 15 continue to apply after your access ends.

14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continuing to use TrenchSim after changes means you accept the new Terms.

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
